There were small gains in the Irish Stock Exchange this morning with the ISEQ index up 22.44 points to 6862.36.
The financial heavyweights did well overall, with Anglo Irish Bank leading the way up 16c to €10.06. Irish Life and Permanent remained unchanged at €11.45 and Bank of Ireland was up just 1c to €10.21. AIB bucked the trend sliding 4c to €15.27.
