United Drug buy pharmaceutical services firm

United Drug have bought Procon Conferences Ltd, a British pharmaceutical conference services company based in Yorkshire.

United Drug, a provider of services to healthcare manufacturers and pharmaceutical retailers, bought the firm for £4.2m (€5.85m), with an additional £1.2m (€1.67m) payable based on achievement of agreed targets over the next 12 months.
