Most workers 'want more holidays'
The study, carried out by Irishjobs.ie, has revealed that nearly 40% would take a pay cut if they were given more days off.
Ireland has one of the lowest holiday entitlements in the EU. The minimum is 20 days, plus nine bank holiday days.
The average annual leave in the EU is 34 days including bank holidays, which means Irish workers receive five days fewer holiday days than our European counterparts.
