Carmel Rogers, a director of Commercial Body and Engineering Services Limited based in Kylemore Park West, Kylemore Road, Ballyfermot, pleaded guilty on behalf of the company that between September 6, 2004 and January 1, 2005, being an employer, it failed to install a generator exhaust extraction system in a Renault van, in such a way to ensure, so far as was reasonably practicable, that a person not in their employment, would not be exposed to a risk to their health or safety.
