The ISEQ-index of Irish shares experienced a surge in share prices this morning reporting a 67.74 jump to 9422.54 points.
The banks charged confidently into positive territory with both Bank of Ireland and AIB surging ahead by 31c at €15.30 and €20.86 respectively.
