New EU roaming tariffs for mobile phone users

Mobile phone users can enjoy cheaper bills for making or receiving calls while abroad from today.

Operators must now offer customers the new EU roaming tariffs of 49 cent for making a call, and 24 cent for taking a call, when in another EU state.
