Ryanair announce €401m profits

Ryanair have announced record net profits of €401m, a 33% increase over the prior year figure and €11m ahead of previous guidance.

The low fares airline's traffic grew by 22% to 42.5m, yields rose 7%, as revenues grew by 32% to €2.24bn.
