New-car registrations up 4.1%

There were 21,444 new private cars licensed in April, 2007, compared with 20,609 in April, 2006, an increase of 4.1%.

First licensing of second-hand private cars increased by 603 (13.1%) on the same month last year, accordingt o figures from the Central Statistics Office.
