Survey of bank workers reveals high levels of bullying

A new survey by the Irish Bank Officials Association has uncovered high levels of bullying and harassment in the banking sector.

The IBOA says one-quarter of members involved in the survey had been bullied at some stage in the past, while 43% say they have witnesses their colleagues being harassed.
