Survey: Property prices up 30% since mid-2004

Property prices have risen by nearly 30% nationally since mid-2004, according to the inaugural MyHome.ie Property Barometer published today.

The MyHome.ie Barometer, based on an analysis of all properties advertised on MyHome.ie over the period, shows asking prices still running 10% ahead of those 12 months ago despite the recent slowdown in the property market.
