The ISEQ index of Irish shares got off to a slow start this morning with a 24.53 point decrease at 9424.11.
A gloomy outlook descended on the market floor as most financial heavyweights made losses today. BoI and IL&P both fell by 5c at €16.30 and €18.85 respectively.
