Masters students to benefit from new bursaries

Eight masters students will benefit from a new bursary scheme supported by the Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC), the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and Universities Ireland.

Eight masters students will benefit from a new bursary scheme supported by the Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC), the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and Universities Ireland.

The new scheme is a joint initiative by the IBEC-CBI Joint Business Council, which promotes North-South business co-operation; Universities Ireland, which promotes collaboration between northern and southern universities, and Dublin Institute of Technology.

Six of these bursaries, worth €20,000 each, will be in areas of study of particular relevance to business and industry, and will be co-sponsored by individual companies in these areas.
