OECD: Restrict childcare support for working mothers

A report published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has urged the Government to restrict childcare supports to working mothers and to those who use childcare services only.

The economic think-tank also recommends the phasing out of the Home Carers Tax Credit.
