Ryanair criticises Aer Lingus fuel surcharges
Ryanair has today called on Aer Lingus to remove its fuel surcharges.
Speaking today, Ryanair’s Peter Sherrard, said: "By keeping its €35 fuel surcharges Aer Lingus is guilty of profiteering. The price of oil was $74 a barrel when Aer Lingus introduced its fuel surcharge last April, and even though oil now costs just $55 a barrel, Aer Lingus is STILL refusing to remove it.
