Implementation Body: Aer Lingus should return to talks

The State's industrial relations enforcer has recommended that both sides in the Aer Lingus dispute should return to talks.

A statement by the National Implementation Body released this afternoon says the future of the airline will depend on terms being agreed and honoured by both sides.
