The ISEQ-index of Irish shares has slipped into negative territory this morning as the major financial institutions plummeted.
The ISEQ lost 39.03 points at 9283.35 in the downward spiral while Bank of Ireland, the banks' biggest loser slumped by 21c at €17.31.
