Profits in Britain’s mobile phone industry are tumbling as customers strive to find the best deal by constantly switching operators, a report said today.
The findings from Group 1 Software show profits per customer in the UK’s mobile telecoms sector have plummeted by 9.6% from 2005 to 2006.
