Strike action is set to go ahead at Dublin Port next Tuesday following the failure of talks aimed at ending a dispute involving the Technical, Engineering and Electrical Union.

The action was arranged after nine shore-based workers were suspended without pay last week for refusing to work on tug boats at the port.
