New research by the ESRI has found that people with long-term disabilities are 42% less likely to be in employment than their able-bodied counterparts.

New research by the ESRI has found that people with long-term disabilities are 42% less likely to be in employment than their able-bodied counterparts.

The survey, commissioned by the Equality Authority and the National Disability Authority, has also found that people who are at the developing stages of a disability are 20% less likely to be in work.
