Ireland's jobless total third lowest in Europe

The country’s dole queue is now the third shortest in Europe, according to latest figures from Eurostat, the Brussels-based statistics office.

November unemployment figures show that in the euro zone, unemployment went down to 7.6%, while it stood at 7.7% for all the countries which are members of the EU.
