O2 raises revenues guidance

Mobile phone group O2 today lifted its guidance for revenues this year after attracting more than half a million new customers to its network.

The Spanish-owned firm said it expected net service revenues in the UK to grow by between 14% and 15% compared with earlier expectations of 8% to 11%.
