Fyffes proposes demerger to shareholders

Fruit distribution company Fyffes is today posting a circular to its shareholders in connection with the proposed demerger of its general produce and distribution business to a newly-formed company, Total Produce.

If the move is approved, all shareholders will receive one new share in Total Produce for each existing Fyffes share held.
