Ferry unions discuss ways to protect jobs

Unions representing ferry workers from across Europe are meeting in Brussels today to discuss ways to protect job standards.

The conference has been arranged by the European Transport Federation to discuss fears about the replacement of existing ferry staff with cheaper labour from Africa and eastern Europe.
