Oil prices have slipped this morning as scepticism over the resolve of all OPEC members to adhere to the agreed cuts remains.

Saudi Arabia informed Asian customers at the weekend that November deliveries would be pared back by up to 8%. OPEC delegates are also likely to discuss a further cut in production of around 500,000bpd.
