BoI staff likely to defer ballot on industrial action

The union representing staff at Bank of Ireland is likely to defer a ballot for industrial action, it emerged this afternoon.

It follows the intervention of the Labour Court in the dispute over the Bank's plans to change the pension plan for staff.
