Economist hits out at critics of Ryanair takeover bid

One of Ireland's most well-known economists has hit out at critics of Ryanair's bid to take over Aer Lingus.

Friends First economist Jim Power was responding to the news that a group of Aer Lingus pilots had bought up more than 2% of the airline's shares in an effort to prevent the Ryanair takeover.
