Transport Minister Martin Cullen has announced that shares in Aer Lingus will go on sale for between €2.10 and €2.70.
In a statement to the stock exchanges in Dublin and London today, Mr Cullen confirmed the Government would keep a shareholding of at least 25% in the national airline.
