Aer Lingus profits up 27% in first half of year

Aer Lingus is reportedly set to announce a 27% increase in profits during the first half of this year.

Reports this morning say the airline's profits for the first six months of 2006 were just less than €20m, up from €15.5m in the first half of 2005.
