ISEQ in the red
The ISEQ index of shares was in the red after early trading today, down 29.11 to 7617.7.
There were mixed fortunes across the board. Among the financials, Bank of Ireland was down 16c to €14.10, while Irish Life & Permanent gained 20c to €18.70.
AIB and Anglo Irish were unchanged at €19.94 and €11.70 respectively.
Shares at McInerney holdings were down 5c to €10.90 as it announced that it has acquired UK based Bowey Homes Holdings Limited, a regional home builder in the north east of England for €34.52m.
