Yesterday’s drop in oil prices following the assassination of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi have been cancelled this morning on UN watchdog reports that Iran has stepped up its uranium enrichment programme.

The warning from Iranian oil ministers that production may be put into play as a bargaining tool has also contributed in pushing the price of oil back to more than $70 per barrel.
