Pharmaceutical retailers services provider United Drug has acquired medical distributor Endoscopy UK Ltd and Mediscope Ltd (together known as Endoscopy) for £6.1m (€8.9m).
An additional consideration of up to £1.3m (€1.9m) is payable on achievement of agreed profit targets over the next 12 months.
