FÁS staff mount work-to-rule over decentralisation plans

FÁS staff have begun engaging in a surprise work-to-rule action this morning as part of their campaign of opposition to the decentralisation programme.

Workers at the agency's head offices nationwide are refusing to answer telephones and check emails to highlight their concerns with plans to move their jobs to Birr.
