Slow progress being made in social partnership talks

Trade unions and employers are reportedly making slow progress in talks on a new social partnership agreement.

The two sides have been negotiating a successor to the Sustaining Progress deal since February, but the talks have been slowed by disagreement over measures to combat worker exploitation.
