Coughlan publishes plan for agri-food sector

Agriculture Minister Mary Coughlan has published a 166-point plan for the future of the agri-food sector in Ireland.

The document contains recommendations on how farmers and food and drinks manufacturers can survive in an increasingly competitive environment.
