Greencore chairman to deliver results

Greencore chairman Ned Sullivan is expected to announce increased pre-tax profits at the company’s AGM today.

Profits before tax, amortisation and exceptional costs are said to have grown by 6.4%, and headline earnings per share by 4.3%.
