The ISEQ index of Irish shares slipped into the red this morning, falling 36.94 points to 7602.91 by 11am.
The financials enjoyed mixed fortunes. Bank of Ireland fell heaviest, slipping 12c to €14.13. AIB fell 5c to €18.43 while Anglo Irish Bank rose 5c to €13.00.
