Tax fraud in construction industry to be tackled

Plans are underway for a new campaign to combat tax evasion in the construction industry, as a recent review shows the Government is losing tens of millions of euro a year to tax fraud in the sector.

The Revenue Commissioners say they'll be inspecting all sub-contractors to ensure they're registered and paying tax.
