Cowen predicts 4.5%-5% growth in economy next year

Minister for Finance Brian Cowen has predicted economic growth of 4.5% to 5% in the economy next year.

In his Budget 2006 speech, Mr Cowen said he also expected unemployment to stay around 4.3% and to see a growth of 60,000 in employment.
