Aer Lingus staff offered payments for greater flexibility

Aer Lingus is reportedly offering its staff lump sum payments of up to €4,400 for agreeing to new targets in the airline's business plan.

Reports this morning said the offer was being made in exchange for greater flexibility from cabin crew and other staff.
