Prime Minister Tony Blair visited Estonia today for to discuss European Union finances with his Baltic counterparts.

It was Blair’s first official visit to Tallinn where he arrived from a summit in Ukraine after leading an EU delegation. He first met with Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip.
