Limerick firm joins UK company in fight against waste

Biomass Heating Solutions based in Raheenagh, Co Limerick, has teamed-up with UK-based Stewart Thermal to address the problem of waste disposal on farms.

They are to market a fluidised bed combustion unit which uses waste poultry litter to create heat for the poultry houses and nearby domestic dwellings.
