IBEC: Chinese textiles should be allowed through

Employers' body IBEC has called for Chinese clothing ordered by European firms to be allowed into the EU.

Tonnes of Chinese goods are currently tied up in ports as a result of the EU's handling of a free-trade agreement with China.
