ISEQ down as financials suffer

The ISEQ index of shares closed down 69.56 (1.03%) today at 6711.92 as the financials suffered another day of heavy losses.

Bank of Ireland was worst hit, down 35c to €13.40 at close of business. AIB was down 14c at €17.66, while Anglo Irish shed 9c to close at €10.93.
