Three investigations planned into Aer Lingus document

Aer Lingus is reportedly facing three separate investigations following media claims that it drew up a plan designed to push employees towards accepting voluntary redundancy.

Yesterday's newspapers said the company had considered introducing awkward shift patters, tedious training programmes and tacky uniforms to make life difficult for staff.
