Crude oil prices were back above $60 a barrel today amid renewed concerns about supply levels.

The record price peaked at $60.47 on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Oil prices are more than 60% higher than a year ago, but have to reach $90 a barrel to match the inflation-adjusted high of 25 years ago.
