European Union antitrust regulators today fined British pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca €60m for keeping prices on its ulcer drug product artificially high.
EU spokesman Jonathan Todd said the company infringed EU competition rules between 1993 and 2000.
It blocked or delayed market access for generic versions of its Losec drug.
