Aer Lingus reports 29% increase in profits for 2004

Aer Lingus has reported a 29% in its operating profits for last year following a 5.5% increase in passenger numbers and continuing moves to become a low-fares airline.

The company said today that its operating profits for 2004 were €107m, up from €83m in 2003.
