The ISEQ index of Irish shares saw a 27.26 rise to 6058.2 in morning trade today.
Financial stocks had a more even morning today than yesterday. Irish Life and Permanent was the only on to lose value, down 2c to €13.65. Bank of Ireland was up 7c to €12.52, while AIB rose 17c to €16.29. Anglo Irish Bank was up 15c to €19.75.
