Friends First has been awarded the Property Investment Company of the Year Award at the 12th Moneymate and Investor Magazine Awards held today at the Burlington Hotel.
The Friends First / F&C Property Fund was the best performing fund over a three, five and 10-year period, according to the 2004 Pension Property Survey.
