Pre-tax profits up at Ulster TV

Pre-tax profits at Ulster Television plc (before goodwill amortisation) were up 28% at £17.5m (€25.4m) in 2004, the company announced today. The comparable figure for 2003 was £13.6m (€19.7m).

Television was the main earner for the company, with operating profit up 29% at £15.2m (€22m) from £11.7m (€17m) in 2003.
